Trademark Use & Brand Guidelines

The correct reference to the Institute and the Red Nation International Film Festival in all editorial content is: Red Nation Celebration Institute® and The Red Nation Celebration® and Red Nation Celebration® and Red Nation International Film Festival® RNCI Red Nation Awards® and Native Women in Film & Television® and Native Women in Film & Television in All Media® and Native Women in Music® and Native Indigenous Student Academy for Cinematic Arts® and Native Indigenous Film Commissions® and Red Nation Television Network®.

All non-editorial uses of the aforementioned trademarks and logos must be pre-approved by Red Nation Celebration Institute. No usage that accompanies or implies any endorsement or affiliation or sponsorship with any third party is allowed, and will be considered trademark infringement. 

Official Sponsors, Partners, and Providers may use the trademark names and logos according to the terms of their partnership agreement. Artists accepted into the Red Nation International Film Festival may use the toolkits provided and the official Red Nation International Film Festival laurels in accordance with our guidelines. Artists accepted into other Red Nation Celebration Institute programs may request permission to use our trademarks or logos for non-editorial purposes.

If you are a third party seeking to use our trademarks or logos for any non-editorial reason – including promotional, commercial, or co-branding purposes – please contact us at media@rednation.com or or legal@rednationcele.org or permission.

Misuse or unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Sundance Institute reserves all rights to take any action whatsoever to enforce its licensed trademarks.
