Red Nation Film Festival “On the Road” on Madeira Island in Portugal in partnership with the Madeira Film Festival. They say this Island is the remains of old Atlanta. RNFF passion is to fulfill our mission in expanding to overseas audiences & partnerships in distribution relations of American Indian & Indigenous Cinema & Culture. (2013 –  2nd year)

Red Nation Film Festival “On the Road” held during Indian Market in Santa Fe New Mexico (3rd week of August), includes 17th Annual Red Nation Celebration Concert Series benefiting Native Youth Matter.  (2012 –  4th year of festival and 17th year of concert series).

DID YOU KNOW: Red Nation Celebration & Founder Joanelle Romero founded, created, established  American Indian Heritage Month in the City/County of Los Angeles in 2005 and in 2006 was officially recognized by the State of California and the City of Los Angeles! Then in 2008 established American Indian Heritage Month in the State of New Mexico with Governor Bill Richardson & The Indian Affairs Dept.
